Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:
•     Apothecary items (balms, salves, liniments, etc.)
•     Personalized or custom-made items
•     Perishable goods (e.g., baked goods, live plants)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
