- Are your products all-natural and organic?
Yes! We only use 100% organic ingredients and never add synthetic colors, fragrances, or preservatives.
- Do your products contain essential oils?
Some do! Each product page lists full ingredients, including essential oils when used.
- Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are gentle and natural, but everyone's skin is different. We recommend a patch test before first use.
- Are your products vegan?
Some are. Products containing beeswax are not vegan - these will always be clearly labeled.
- How should I store my product?
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Salves and balms may soften in warm weather. This is normal and does not affect their quality.
- How long do your products last?
Because we don't use preservatives, we recomend using products within 12 months of purchase for best results.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days via USPS. You'll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.
- Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
- Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. But if there's ever any issue with your order, please contact us and we'll make it right.
- What kind of packaging do you use?
We use reusable containers whenever possible, 100% post-consumer recycled labels, and are 85% plastic-free (and improving all the time).
- What happens to the herbs after infusing?
All spent herbs are composted to ensure a minimal-waste process
- Do you offer custom offers or bulk gifts?
